All the while Ukraine keeps getting billions and illegals get handouts.
So you'd like the government handout?
How was your business doing over the two decades that the USA was blowing money in the war on terror or would you just like to bring up Ukraine to fit a narrative?

Yes, I own a very successful business that doesn't involve me lying about it and whining about it on a message board.

Nope Eastern Europe needs to get its shite together without us being involved.
I cannot just wrap my head around how a man can think OP cannot run his own business is bad, but Ukraine can’t run their own country is ok.

Serious question: How much basa is coming in and how much is it cutting into the domestic producers? Curious...not going anywhere with this other than information. I knew some guys 20 years ago in NOLA that were at the forefront of bringing it in, but had stopped after a while because the Vietnamese were not as reliable as the Chinese as suppliers ( Chinese were doing White Shrimp and crawfish...not basa). How much of the market is it eating up?

You’re not wrong. Bet OP has never complained about our bankrolling Israel for the last 20 years.

Who advocated for bailing the OP out?
Besides the OP and the 10 pages of subsequent handwringing ?

Why is Reg here and not on the front lines pushing Russia back?

Sell me a timeshare bitch. How are things going in the dimly lit strip mall call center you call an office?

All we ever do on these boards is complain about inflation. And yet magically, we have one guy who ONLY experiences cost inflation but doesn't get to pass it on in the form of his own sales prices. Quite convenient.
I don’t usually react this harshly, but are you fricking retarded? You don’t understand how rising costs could sink a business?
You are either dumb as dirt or a a distasteful troll.

Its truly incredible that such a diehard Ukraine and Zelensky lover wouldnt go to the front to defend his hero
Dudes as much of a fraud as weewee who does claim he went to the front lines and was flown first class

At the very least he should go and a true Ukraine patriot would sign up his children and nieces and nephews to join him

OK....read this thread, and bankruptcies are unfortunate and we can bitch about the government and Ukraine and monetary policy.....all legitimate, but what is THE BUSINESS?
The type of business can tell you some of the challenges. I mean, if we are feeling sorry for Gen Paton because he was in the buggy whip business....maybe we should be glad he stayed in business as long as he did. Specific information would be nice.

This is true, personal responsibility and performance (ie might not be the best businessman) have a lot larger impact on ones live events than foreign aid spending

I might be splitting hairs, but he didn’t say it was because of Ukraine.
Yes you are.
He made it sound as if our support of Ukraine and the lack of border security instead of the government bailing him out is causing him to go under.
Let me ask you, should the govt. bail out businesses that go broke? I do not.
