Small University called Howard Payne there. Grandfather was raised there and played football there. Not a bad place at all.

All of the small towns outside Charleston, WV. It’s like time froze around 1975.

My parents grew up in Kentwood……I still have family there and visit from time to time. If we go into town it’s incredibly depressing to see what it has become since my parents lived there and my grandparents died……

Don't be hating on Nitro, bruh.

But yeah, I-64 from Huntington to Charleston is depressing as frick. I used to fish catfish tournaments years ago and would always fish the Ohio River tournament in Gallipolis, OH/Point Pleasant, WV.

Won't ever go back.

Alliance, OH. The downfall started when they built a Walmart at the outskirts of town. Downtown Alliance died and the other contributing factor was the steel mills closing down and the demise of the auto manufacturing indistry. It's a very depressing place now and it's sad to see. If you aren't a farmer the career choices are limited.

Greenwood is the snobbiest town in Mississippi. You’ll never be from there no matter how long you’ve lived there. I don’t know why anyone would want to live there.
