Pigged out at Sushi Masa for lunch, so not super hungry. Heated up some frozen kibbeh in air fryer and made a quick tzatziki sauce. May have a bowl of cereal or some popcorn later if I get hungry again.

Stopped at a place called Joanie’s Blue Crab Cafe on our way back from Shark Valley, which is near Miami. After seeing lots of gators and riding bikes 8 miles, we grabbed a Grouper sandwich. Fun place, middle of nowhere on 41 (Tamiami aka Tampa to Miami), grab your own beer/wine/alcohol. It was a great experience. Also, saw an awesome sunset on the beach, when we got to Naples.

I made a meat sauce in red gravy today. Served with fresh grated Parmesan cheese and warmed and buttered St. Joseph bread.

You new here? Bayou tends to have his frequents that he makes weekly. He’s a great poster and a good cook. The man knows what he likes and his bartenders love him.
Either get behind him or get the hell out
