Yep. Brown, Andy Ashby, Hoffman. They didn’t have an overly powerful lineup but they were all solid and the defense was great. Quilvio Veras, Caminiti, Joyner, Gwynn, Greg Vaughn. Wish they could’ve gotten past the Yankees but that team was a monster.

I remember Caminiti totally running out of gas against the Bombers in the '98 WS.

Like Caminiti and so many others during the late 90s-early 00s, they were both (normally) 13-15 HR guys, but the juice pumped up their power numbers to 25+.
Had natural fast-reflex. strong-wrist power guys like Mantle, Aaron, Frank Robinson Juiced, they'd have hit 60-90 bombs routinely. (Mantle's power WITH Juice may have hit over 100. )

But if you wanna know how and what it did for players, THIS book by Kirk Radomski is a highly recommended read. Outstanding eye-opener -- From the Mets "clubhouse guy" to "connection" for an entire league. Someone here mentioned Kevin Brown -- whose relationship with Radomski for one is featured (Jekyll and Hyde performances On/Off):

No, but it turns fly balls into homeruns. It turns ground outs into singles that get past the SS. It didn't help their coordination, but when couples with their coordination, made them far more dangerous at the plate.
Sure it helped pitchers add 3-4 MPH to their fastballs, but I'd argue that isn't the same advantage as a hitter has on juice.
All that to be said, I like my sports with steroids
