Yeah he’s gonna to take a demotion and not interview for head coaching positions in the nfl. Makes perfect sense.

You do realize he got promoted from within with the Bills Organization.
To me he will get a bump in pay and stay with the Bills and work with Allen and the offense for a full year as an OC
