The real reason trumpkins have a hard one for Kemp is he has told Trump to pound sand on multiple occasions. In other words, Kemp is disloyal.

People who don't see all of this for what it is bore me. Trump, DeSantis they're all just OpFor and are just as entrenched in the establishment as the people currently in charge.

There are a lot of conservatives who absolutely hate Trump for some reason, real or imagined, and they used DeSantis as the outlet for their hatred of Trump.

There are a lot of Trump people who, once he jumped in the race, just began to get apoplectic about Ron, calling him establishment, etc. and making a lot of nonsense accusations.

Both camps are filled with petty and stupid people.

I know you want to believe they were nonsense accusations but the establishment coalescing behind Ron and pushing him out there as their Trump Killer candidate is not nonsense or made-up. They just bailed on him recently when they realized he was not going to beat Trump. They have pivoted from him to Neocon Nikki as their last hope to get Democrat and suburban women voters they need to beat Trump.

No doubt about that. Is that Ron's fault? I think Ron is viewed (by the establishment anyway) as someone who potentially can be used/manipulated while in office whereas Trump is a known quantity that tries to put policies in place antithetical to establishment interests.

Again, I don't view that as Ron's fault, per se. He was just the best non-Trump option for many people.

100% on Donny's camp. Republicans never shy away from competition. Just Donny.

The Trumpettes got pissed because Ron did something we should hope all good leaders do.

This makes perfect sense so long as you don't actually look at Trump's record and who he surrounded himself with in office and you don't look at DeSantis' record and who he has surrounded himself with. I mean unless you think Chris Rufo and Joe Adapapo and the like are Establishment types. Go look at DeSantis' last Legislative session and get back to me, it was basically a conservative wet dream of everything to take away power from the government, reduce taxes and spending, and maximize freedom for individuals.

The reality is most Trump supporters just love Trump because of how he makes them feel. They will excuse anything he does from pushing Amnesty to appointing Wray to everything around Covid because they are more attached to him than a 14 year old girl is to Taylor Swift.

That was one of two lines. The other was:

Every one I talk to in person who liked Desantis was also a Trump supporter

You just glossed over that and and said

t's just a few extremely vocal and unhinged ron bots. it isn't all of the ron supporters.

Then,

I too was unaware of the original sin.

Those of us that committed it have been excommunicated which is nice because some of the members of the faithful prefer cutting out our tongues and public flogging.

I feel lucky that being excommunicated is the worst of it.

All you have to do is Google "Brian Kemp manufacturing jobs". The list is long and impressive. Starts with Hyundai and Rivian and HK Battery and continues on and on.

There are the Rob Bots who have grown irritating, even for someone like me who would have preferred him (he was my 2nd choice behind Burgum), due to their non-stop anti-Trump posts.

Then there are the deficient somewhere in their life Trump posters who like to use the term “cuck” WAY too much than any grown male should.

Then there’s the majority of us whom no matter what side we fall on for preferred GOP candidate, at the end of the day, we realize the clan of Biden, Harris, Granholm, Buttigieg & Kerry need to be thrown out of the Executive Branch.

Problem is the few posters described above, whose numbers unfortunately appear to have grown, have made this board nearly unrecognizable from a few years ago and almost unreadable.
