no, I'm questioning whether the NFL would actually overturn the call in question with the video in question. I don't think they are competent enough to change that call.

That would have been overturned for sure. It doesn’t look like the player is down and that's probably why the call was missed but it’s a black and white rule. In slow motion that takes about two seconds to see.
