What is your household bench press average?

For members 18 years and older?
Mine= 400, Wife = 180, kid under 2 does not count.
580/2= 290 pound average per member.
Don’t see how you can call yourself a man if you can’t get your household average above 225.

That’s private and absolutely none of your business guy.

This will totally end up like that thread where the guy asked what everyone benched, and then switched the post to say "What's the fattest girl you've fricked"

Single member household and I can bench 325.
My average is 325 and your is 290. Sounds like our households need to meet up at sonic sometime soon. If you’d even show which you likely won’t now that you see the numbers and numbers never lie.

Come on bro
400 or 405? 400 is about as made up as it gets
Anyone that lifts knows you don't talk about 400 until you get to 405

Does my security detail count?
Posted on 1/18/24 at 3:02 pm to WaydownSouth
Mine = 325
Wife = idk, maybe 45
Dog: 225
198 lb average
The wife really drags it down.

I use bench press as my smoke / mental break at work. Once a week, I put 135 on and go back throughout the day and rip a set of 10-12. Try to do 80-100 of those in one day. No clue what my max is. It damn sure ain't 400
Let me know when we wanna compare FTP.

You're a fool for suggesting this since you don't know my household's body weight.

Whatever Brian Shaw can do, add 100 and that is my max. May enter the next strongman competition, not sure yet...
