Our Bayou Tradition NIL payment options compared to Bama NIL payment options

Not shocked. LSU traditionally has done nothing for the lower donors of any sort. They only focus on the big boys. They have always failed to realize that they could truly capitalize on higher volume with lower donation amounts.

Bama also has one for the students and for the ballers that LSU doesn’t even have

I would happily give to Bayou Traditions, but until they give you an option to earmark which sport(s) your donation benefits, I'm out. That is the number one reason I hear from others who would donate as to why they haven't supported this collective.

Bayou Traditions needs to be camped out on campus at almost every sporting event accepting one time donations and signing people up for monthly subs.

They do give that option to earmark

BamaOn3 has their NIL site pinned at the top of their site and asking subscribers to donate to help their new football hire which is the bell cow of athletics while we have Olivia Dunne as the main person on Bayou Tradition site which gymnastics doesn’t generate money….

Look man, the way things are lately — this is a hard sell to average fans.
Crowdfunding through donations has a ceiling & is a drop in the bucket compared to large donations.
This becomes increasingly true every passing year with compounding effect because of
A - Major inflation
B - Consolidating industries and economies globally, which evolving tech will continue to drive
C - Failure to maintain altruistic capitalism domestically & failure of antitrust
This micro donation crap is overblown & the consequential dollars are coming essentially from the same places that they always have.
ETA: The Bama student discount looks nice, but it’s pretty damn disgusting to ask students for NIL donations if you think about it for more than two seconds

$20/month isn’t low enough?
Are you saying the $2 difference Bama has is your deal breaker?

I was just comparing the perks from both schools for each same price plan level

You don't have to be out any longer!
You can designate which sport you want your Bayou Tradition NIL donations to go to!
Click on "Select A Fund" and a drop down box will open for you to select from all of LSU sports!

Sounds like some of the concerns are addressed. I think a great challenge is for at least 50% of TD members to sign up for some amount.

BT doesn’t give out a car decal? Its over for us.

If I were to donate, I don't want the money going to anywhere but the Big 3 sports.
That Livvy Dunne crap hasn't generated any revenue for the school besides maybe attendance.
I don't give two figs about soccer or any of that other nonsense.

How much of a "lower donation amount" would you like to see?

I would say if there's 250 student athletes (there's probably more) but to keep the napkin math simple I ballparked that number. We can easily do a collective where every athlete gets "x" amount and our heavy boosters can fill in the rest. 100k fans give $100 and thats 40k per athlete.
