DeBoer is a really good coach.

I just do not know about that fit at Bama.

That's underwhelming for Bama

Good hire but a ton of question marks compared to other candidates

quote:

DeBoer had emerged as the Crimson Tide's top target before three other possible candidates, Oregon's Dan Lanning, Florida State's Mike Norvell and Texas' Steve Sarkisian, withdrew from the search and affirmed their commitments to their current schools over the past two days.

you are right. Following Saban will be no easy task for any coach. Anyone. That's like following Bear Bryant. Just not easy

The man is young, has a lot of HC experience, has won everywhere he's been and is coming off of a NC appearance. For that age don't know how much better it gets.

Don’t understand a coach being in the NC and then leaving that team

Obviously's he's a great coach, he just took Washington to the national championship. But his ability to recruit would have to be very concerning. Washington is currently ranked 36 in that regard.

Don’t forget, that if not for ewers being shite, deBoer would have had an all time choke job right next to cristobal. He absolutely blew it down the stretch of that game but got bailed out by a shite throw
