an’t refute shite he post. There are studies showing diet drinks in a diet phase leads to meore fat loss and overall better blood markers, have studies on canola oil too showing same thing
Lmao holy shite. Is this real? Here’s an idea. Instead of drinking diet soda and making excuses for your obesity why don’t you go for a run.

You pretty much nailed it. 777 is one of those guys you see in the gym with a giant gut who thinks they are healthy because they can bench a lot, never mind that they can’t run two miles ..: but don’t worry, he’ll tell you that any form of movement outside of heavy weight lifting is useless and that macro counting is the key to longevity.
Yea that’s it. I’m just a fat frick
Again you have no clue wtf you are talking about like so many on here
Why the frick would I want to run two miles? I did that for years in the army and used it exactly zero times. Would much rather be able to do full sprints emom for 10-12 min. Would rather look good, be strong AF, having amazing blood markers, be explosive as hell, have a resting heart rate in the high 50s/low 60s.
But let me say this…if you are not 12% body fat with a ffmi of around 24 then you are not nearly as healthy as you think
But yea sure just the fat guy walking around the gym, let’s not mention I prolly forgot more about overall health in the last week than you have ever known.

wtf are you talking about?
I said yall are in here posting about seed oils and artificial sweeteners and other bullshite like they are the devil yet the studies show the exact opposite…and your answer is go for a run? Really? Really?

Holy shite you are a clown and a half. Do you still use a Bowflex and eat lean cuisine ?

It's no different than your buddy Dante who for nearly 2 decades literally ruined people he trained with horrible PED and diet advice and 'extreme stretching' which caused all kinds of awful things to happen to people and now conveniently he is preaching how to 'reverse' all the bad shite he did to people
You mean the Dante who since early 90s told people to back off the drugs, practically begged them to? Same Dante that literally has fixed couple thousand people blood work by fixing thier diet and supplements and getting them off the anabolics? Same Dante that made monster off just using small amounts of test with a bad arse lifting program and using diet to drive weight and strength?
And yea extreme stretching is terrible…only been shown in the latest studies to be one of the most effective ways to build tendon strength and causes hypertrophy. Terrible things I say, terrible
And Dante was preaching back in the 90s to stop the insane stacks and anabolics wasn’t the way. You don’t know what you are talking about. Why do you think he posted cycle for Pennie’s to begin with in 02? Go read the thread if you don’t believe me. Is archived all over
quote:
You've encouraged people on here to drink Coke Zero and have admitted you do it yourself
Show me one fricking study that zero calorie drinks inhibits fat loss, fricks with bookmakers and blood work please. Because all of the latest studies show the opposite
quote:
I don't care what you eat. Look to the recent studies on sucralose look to Europe and their populace compared to ours look to the massive spikes in America in Obesity, Diabetes, Heart Disease etc. since things like seed oils, processed foods, artificial sweetener/flavorings, preservatives were introduced to American diet. Its indisputable what has happened.
You sure it’s the things you listed and not that they take on average 2x the amount of steps we do in a day? You sure it’s those seed oils right? Show me the study proving this please, because Layne posted the studies that show canola oil and drinking diet drinks improved diet adherence and in turn improved blood markers
quote:
That's like me owning a McDonald's for 20 years then telling people "Hey, quit eating all this stuff and start eating real whole foods!" The damage has already been done. Some of you are like crack addicts to justify your behaviors. Stop eating things with seed oils, processed ingredients, artificial flavorings/sweeteners/preservatives etc.
Again show the studies
And at lost I have a 2 zero drinks a day mainly in the form of monsters. I don’t even eat seed oils. I’m just saying it isn’t the big boogy man you think it is. I used to think just like you, then started reading the actual studies
I still prefer to eat lower carb of around 75-100g per day. Just my preferred way, doesn’t mean carbs are bad

Yea that’s it frick tard. Great come back with showing actual data not just running your mouth
Seriously who are you? What background do you have? What are your stats? Ever posted pics on here? Blood work? If not stfu

He’s fixing people he helped ruin
How convenient. He was an advocate of blasting and cruising ie never coming off he absolutely was an advocate of high ped dosages. He had people eating two and three cans of chefboyardee ravioli at a time. It’s just stupidity. Should we really commend him for now being some sage trying to reverse all the bad advice he gave? I was around back then. I remember all his ‘Doggcrap’ threads etc.
He’s done a complete 180 for obvious reasons. He’s now selling himself as a ‘longevity guru’ instead of a PED and ‘diet’ guru. He’s no different than any other person on social media trying to sell you something. These folks are like chameleons they will change to whatever the ‘new’ thing is and want you to completely forget all the bad advice and damage they have done. He’s like the reformed violent criminal who goes to prison for 40 years and comes out a Bible thumping ‘Christian’
They will sell their own mother to make $1.

Lsu777 the voice of reason as usual. But there is no point in arguing with zealots, their identity is too intertwined with their beliefs

The voice of reason… “sugar isn’t bad for you.”
And you wonder why our malls are full of fat fricks on scooters.

In moderation it isn’t. Is it good for you??? Nope, but it’s not the reason people are fat.
If that’s the case then how come we have close to hundreds studies that show once calories and protein are equated body fat loss is the same no matter where the rest of the calories come from?

quote:Look, I agree that a big part of the task is simply having people weigh less, regardless of how they get there. Less calories is a great heuristic to give a beginner looking to be healthier.
Some of Y’all worry about the dumbest things. About 75% of the country is atleast 25lbs overweight, has low muscle mass and can’t do a single chin up and y’all are worried about seed oils?? Feel like Allen iverson…seed oils? We talking about seed oils? Come on man!!
90% of the country can’t tell you what macros they should hit or how many calories they had for lunch and less than 10% of the country lifts weights atleast 2x per week
But it seems absurd to claim that what you actually eat doesn't impact long-term outcomes. You seem very focused on present weight loss - which, again - is very important. But I'm also concerned about the long-term. Alzheimers, cancer, shite like that.
Study linking lineolic acid and liver disease

Talk about revisionist history or straight up just have no clue wtf you are talking about. Because in the original thread he did call for blast and cruise but that was also the method of the lifting system too. But he called for very moderate doses of test and if you had to have something else finaplex. I know because I was there when he posted the damn thing. He calle for 6 weeks on and 2-4 weeks off. We know his cruise method of blasting hcg and clomid doesn’t work but it was much better than the norm at the time which was grams of test and then along with slin and gh as jinotropin had just come on the picture from china as the first human grade gh that was remotely affordable. Guys were blasting 20iu with 3-4 grams of test, 2-3g of eq and a gram of fina. Similar problem that has popped back up today. They were eating like birds and not lifting progressively
And if you were on the IM forums back in the mid 2000s you would know he was advocating for lower doses and mainly only test back then. He was also doing it in the hardcore newsletter he used to send out. Really only him, meadows and basskiller at the time were advocating for that. Then Madcow came on and posted his bulking system on elite which also helped.

No I actually agree but my point is 99% of the people should worry about obesity and building muscle and getting overall healthy before focusing on more minor things
For many of the items you listed..obesity is one of the leading causes
I would prefer everyone go carnivore plus veggies and home grown fruit….with some white rice or potatoes but not gonna happen
But one thing I can promise is carbs and sugar are not to blame for the obesity epidemic. It’s calories overall and lack of protein

Meadows died at 49….Not a ringing endorsement is it?
Cycle for pennies had nothing to do with dosage it was cost - get the most for bang for your buck since you would know Dante was notoriously cheap which is why he advocated for using UG gear or even the garbage like Brovel and Tornel from Mexico at the time or the generic Chinese hGH etc. also why he told people to go to dollar general and buy up all the chefboyardee raviolis and eat 2 or 3 at a time You ever looked at the label on those? Talk about garbage. The guy destroyed people and now has pivoted to trying to fix it. Seems like you are one if the bozos who has fallen for the grift. You don’t get credit for ‘helping’ people after years of bad awful advice. Sorry.

Always good to shoot for a small number of pronounceable ingredients.
Fruits, veggies, lean meats, fish, etc.

yall are agree with each other while arguing about two different things.
777 is right that the more immediate need for the majority of people is to focus on eating high-protein diets at a calorie deficit. Doing that alone will likely be enough to avoid seed oils and eating too much sugar.

Except he thinks things like canola oil and artificial sweeteners are ‘good’ and ‘ok’ for you. He has the studies to prove it!!!!!!!
I’d pay very special attention to the recent studies on sucralose which is in damn near everything now sadly.
