Letter Grade for Season

In season two under Coach Kelly, if we end with a 10-win season and a Heisman trophy, I'd have to give it a B+ or an A-.

I really don’t see how the defense can be anything but an F.
101st in total defense can not be a passing grade at a power 5 school. A group of 5 school that gets an occasional 4 star, maybe…
We don’t have LSU caliber talent accross the board on D, but it would blow your mind how much more talent we have compared to 50+ teams ranked ahead of us

No apology from Kelly or House yet for having an ill prepared defense and poor scheme. Cost us a playoff spot. Wasted an amazing season by a QB.

S Offense
F- Defense
Not gonna even rank special tanks because when you score on every drive it doesn't matter if you start on your 1 or thiers.
Overall B season. We had some extremely bad luck on defense this year. Lost DL coach late, then Lost his replacement to illness. All 4 transfer DBs we expected to play this year were Lost by the half way point of the season. We lost Gregg Brooks and Mekhi Wingo... Masson Smith took all year to get back in game form. It was a bad luck year.

I like the B to B- range. I don't know if Jayden ever gets truly appreciated or gets the opportunities to ball out the way that he absolutely had to if the defense is straightened out. Defense brings it down and special teams was just middling.

With a Heisman and bowl win I move the B- up to a B.
From an entertainment standpoint I give it a A+. Very fun year.
