his head coaching record is absolutely nuts...surely UW is not a final destination job... Aggies should've waited a few more weeks. I imagine the Gators will move for him next year if Napier continues to under deliver.

Washington in the B1G is pretty damn close to a destination job.

Not everyone wants to live in the south.

It's the last place I'd live.

I get swamp arse in May down south.

People talk about Riley going to the NFL but DeBoer’s offense is much more NFL friendly

To add, the portal and early signing day have completely changed the coaching search process

Unless you are getting very strong assurances, you cant wait anymore

Let’s see what he does moving forward first. He’s got 26 fifth and sixth year players on the depth chart. That’s an absurd amount.

Did any of you guys hear his interview on Gameday? I'm pretty sure they called him "Kaleb" the entire time.

Same was said about Chris Petersen year after year.

Also Seattle is a really nice place compared to almost all SEC college towns.

Because UW is still located in the Pacific Northwest where it’s not easy to consistently land top talent. Look at their recruiting classes recently…it’s bad.

Kalen loves the Seattle area and his daughter plays for the U-dub nationally ranked softball team. Not going anywhere.
