when he first came to LSU?

Just unbelievable how two years have changed. He’s a warrior, very deserving! Congrats JD.

Nope but I put some money on him before the season started as a long shot, might just pay out!

Going into the season, If folks are honest, this 100%

Except maybe for the betters taking a flyer on a long shot

Have you seen the odds ? It’s over.
Hes gonna win it. Nobody else plays another game. You would have to bet 1200 to win 100

The odds are driven by people (fans) placing bets. The odds last night during the Oregon game were all over the place. They were literally changing with every Oregon possession. That was a result of silly people making knee-jerk reactions to every Bo Nix pass. The people that vote on the Heisman were almost assuredly not doing that.

Yes, JD should win and, yes, he probably will win, but dont let the betting odds dictate your opinion. They are nothing but a reflection of mass group-think.

I thought he’d win it this year when he was in the heisman race last year late in the season.

ETA I remember the idiots saying he sucked and wanted him benched all last year too even though he was 5th in heisman odds at the end of last season

Exactly, hell no

I was going to just be happy if he’d go deep every once in a while this season.

Instead he pulled off one the the most spectacular performances ever. Was awesome to watch.

Loved the kids toughness and speed, hated his lack of downfield vision!

He worked his arse off in off season BUT NO I didn't dream Heisman

I did ! Watched this kid as a true frosh throw for 20 td 2 int. He was in a bad situation with the coaching carousel at asu. Daniels has elite written all over him! It’s why I bet a BAG on him to win it this year!

The JD that was here in 22 no. Once he started trusting his guys to make plays it was on.

Very similar to Joey B, they didn’t trust their guys until last in the season of year 1. Once they did it was over.

Credit to JD for getting better, Sloan and Denbrock for unlocking him

Not a chance. He’s certainly proved me wrong with this year and he’s the second best qb ever at LSU in my opinion. He’s absolutely balled out this year.

I put $25 on him at +2000 back in April.

Pays $525 if he gets the trophy. They'll pay me $400.36 to walk away right now. I'm riding it out.

Yes, I pegged him the Heisman winner before the end of last season. I'll gladly take that hundo from my buddy. That bet doesn't look so dumb anymore. Too bad it wasn't with one of those services.
