Obviously they went the DIE (proper order since the concept leads to dying) route as blacks are 13% of the population and even weighing women as the majority (since the idiot males kill each other off so effectively) I would be very surprised if any state has a black woman as the pick. 6-ish percent of the population representing ain’t gonna cut it, not even by some twisted brain warped definition of equity. It’s simply racism in favor of a minority instead of the majority.
