There is just something about this photo that screams NOLA and I LOVE IT.
What you guys think?
Maybe the court could be a dark greyish purple wood. Something like the Nets do. But ngl this is growing on me A LOT.

They originally tried to go with a Black and Gold color scheme but the league rejected it because too many other teams were using black. That's when they shifted to the NOLA flag color scheme.

I heard the green is a tribute to the impeccable New Orleans institution that is the Sewerage and Water Board.

In a sense, yes. This was back when the Pels were trying to change their color scheme as part of the rebrand from the Hornets.

I don’t know what you saw but I saw vomit painted on a court. It was absolutely terrible and I hope I never have to see that shite again.

I specifically mentioned changing the court to a NETS style with a greyish purple wood or something to the sort.
Keep the Skellican Logo as that shite if straight FIRE.

90% of the fanbase would love this. These are by far the most popular City Editions we’ve had. I don’t like the court though. It’s fine for the tournament games but that would be annoying as hell for a full season. Also, our new regular court looks great this year.
