He was OC at Carolina under Rhule but didn’t have the talent he currently has at Buffalo.

Well he has been the QB coach….Josh Allen not doing so well this year so far. Maybe he should call Steve E. to help call plays.

I think Ensminger didn’t get enough credit and Brady too much.

Easy E was greatly under appreciated by Tiger fans. Great play caller.

Slinger was also great at preparing a game plan.

Definitely. There are people on this board that still think Brady was the OC.

It turns out most offenses aren't much without generational talent at the most important positions. He was never going to succeed in Carolina

10-3 record and scored 32.4 points a game in Burrows first season as a starter. You think that was bad?

They did pretty good in 2018. Burrow only joined the team like a month before Miami.

Yeah Joe didn’t throw a TD in October and got shutout vs Bama

The 2018 offense was dogshit with the same players on the 2019 squad

Who did they add that could have made such a difference?!?

Joe Muhfrickin Brady

Also similar to Daniels 2022 vs 2023 with same coaches both seasons.

Explain a top-10 LSU passing season with a new QB? Or a leap in production for a QB in his second season under the same OC? I think LSU has seen the same thing without Brady recently.

But he does deserve a lot of credit for how good 2019 was. The two biggest things were the drills he instituted for the receivers to help fix the horrid drop issues they had in 2018 and his influence on an otherwise very conservative Ensminger.

Neither Ensminger nor Brady was as good alone as together, IMO.
