I am a teacher. We never got off for the USMC bday or Veterans Day. Who told you that???

Pretty sure Citi and C1 closed. There are a few regionals that I also understand closed today.

Veteran's Day as a day off is moved to the Friday after Thanksgiving.

The only time I (a teacher ) am off in early November is for elections.

I do IT for state government in Louisiana. Whole office is closed but we came in to complete a project while working with an MSP since the downtime provides us network access and we don't have to do it after hours on a normal day.

My stepdaughter is a teacher and she left for work this morning and not expected to be back until around 4:30 or so just like normal.
