$113 Billion+Ukraine. Once it’s declared a loss cause- US will have nothing to show for it

Think about that.
Ukraine has no way of winning or repelling Russia out of its territory.
Once it’s declared a lost cause and probably after another $100 b poured in, the US will have nothing to show for it.
Absolutely nothing.
Truly remarkable.
Now of course certain political families on the grift will have something to show for it, but the US as a whole will not

This is why I am rooting for Putin to take over the entirety of Ukraine... He can rebuild it...

OK... Let me break this down for you.
The US isn't transferring all cash. It's giving Ukraine our oldest weapons systems and using the funding to buy newer weapon systems for the US military that's why it is done under the military budget.
We will have a bunch of new kick arse weaponry to show for it, made in America.

Dude we had 100s of billions of munitions laying around we were going to destroy. It's totally true, but don't ask why we would have 100s of billions of munitions laying around because then you might think our military is corrupt/bloated or lying, because like I said it's totally true and it was all free!
We also got to see how all the munitions we were going to throw away work against an enemy that's looking to annex its former territory not completely destroy it.
That's totally useful and a scenario they will play out to our advantage when France tries to take back the land from the Louisiana purchase or Mexico tries to take back Texas.
Listen to erudite commentators like crazyfromLsu and dnc_tiger. They are in the know !

But just think about all the dead Russians and Ukrainians which is a big win for us because Russia was going to take Poland and Romania and Bulgaria, maybe even France!

Well, I wouldn’t say everyone in the US

So basically like everything else we incinerate OUR money on.

This is a lie.
The USA will have the bill for a half trillion dollars to build Ukraine back better. That's what they'll have to show for it, and it's not insignificant...

The politicians that laundered the money are wealthier and more powerful

Nothing to show for it, kinda like Vietnam, Afghanistan, Iraq, Benghazi, etc.

The Biden Family will be richly blessed ....

This war exposed Russia as a paper tiger with ever diminishing military assets.

Europeans need to get more involved but this could be the most economical way to remove Putin

We could have built 50 bridges over the Mississippi in Baton Rouge with that money.
And a bridge in Lake Chuck.
LOL

Sure America will have something to show for it - triple of that in repayment of debt( maybe even more).
Repatriation of money sent by way of congressmen and MIC.
Less of a arsenal for the protection of American people
Quite possibly a larger population due to people from Ukraine resettling here. If it’s the women this could help with better looking Americans going forward

Let me me break this down for y’all because y’all still don’t understand.
We are not “giving” Ukraine this money. It is set aside by Congress and then when they deem it appropriate they pay the defense contractors the money and then the defense companies send the weapons/ammunition to Ukraine. All of this money (at least the money for weapons. I dno about humanitarian aid) is going directly into the American economy. So no, we do not have “nothing to show for it” even if they lose their whole country. We are stimulating our economy at a high one when we desperately need it. Invest in some Lockheed, Boeing, Northrop Grunmqn, etc.

You’re wrong. If Ukraine continues to resist and exact costs from Russia, there will be no choice for Russia other than to withdraw. It cannot afford to stay and occupy indefinitely. It doesn’t have the resources. There will also be internal unrest in Russia that even a thug like Putin can’t withstand. The oligarchs who have propped him up
will start to abandon him.
will start to abandon him.

If the US abandons Ukraine to the wolves, you see know cost there, or negative future implications?
