So she was also given immunity? That would be the missing link for me.

Immunity to what? She pled guilty and has fines, probation, and conditions.

She's already a criminal and has been charged.

I'm assuming you're talking about court cases being dismissed. Why does it have to be in a court of law?

Uh, no, she had to plead guilty to a crime.

You are right. I keep forgetting about GA's quirky pardoning laws.

Yeah I think they are one of only 4-5 states in the country like that.

The Cheese stands (trial) alone.
Cheesebro is probably ecstatic he doesn't have Powell sitting next to him at the defense table.

As for the Trump, I doubt he is worried about that nut job becoming a witness for the prosecution. The main one who has to worry is the Coffee County official Misty.

Didn't Jenna Ellis get charged for renting out a ballroom or something?

I know someone had that as part of the RICO and it was patently absurd

Why are many on this board quick to ridicule "Trump/Q/America first people" but slow to ridicule the elitist society on K-street.

Powell pleaded guilty to six misdemeanor charges on Thursday, one day before jury selection was set to take place in her trial with fellow co-defendant Kenneth Chesebro. She will serve six years probation and pay a $6,000 fine, as well as $2,700 in restitution and write a letter of apology "to the citizens of the state of Georgia." She must "testify truthfully about any co-defendants" and provide documents relevant to the case, Judge Scott McAfee said at a hearing.

what is the actual charge?

Love how the article says "continued to espouse falsehoods about the election results

You mean like Hakeem Jeffries?

I am so pissed at this trainwreck... of a country

I’m still surprised at Powell. She repeatedly lied saying she had the goods and obviously never did.

What objective did this advance for her? She’s smarter than that…or so I thought.

Don't include Q alongside Trump and America First. The Q crowd is a separate sect of retarded boomers and larping GenXers. They are an example of what happens when we don't police our own. They should have been publicly flogged a long time ago

$$$. Powell set up a nonprofit after the 2020 election that raked in $15 million.
