That's the big problem many of these idiots fail to recognize. Palestinians are largely Muslim fanatics (compared to Muslims progressives may know who have assimilated enough into Western philosophies to be able to live and work around those with different beliefs), they are just tanner versions of the Aryan Nation mindset.
When you dump such fanatics into a largely contrary society, they don't acclimate, they coalesce with others like them into echo chambers. The more philosophical fanatics that get together, the stronger they build that echo chamber. Left alone, they continue to the point where they drive out even those whose similar philosophical leanings simply aren't as strong/fanatical. This can eventually lead to an echo chamber so strong it excludes reality (see: what's been happening in California).
They think everyone is like them and just wanting acceptance. They refuse to see that the "acceptance" fanatics want is that you "accept" their ways by joining in just as fanatically. It's why those "Jews for Palestine" and "LGBTQ for Islam" groups are nothing but tragic comedy.
