Why Do Americans have shorter lifespans than other 1st world countries?

It seems like our superior healthcare and shorter wait times would make us live much longer than brits.
I don't really mind the shorter lifespan because this place is kinda boring anyway and I'm pretty sure I'll run out of shite to do before I hit 70.

It's the crap they put in our foods. All of our over processed stuff. Fast food. Etc.
It's not even the obesity, it's the list of 30 ingredients in jarred spaghetti sauce. The canola oil even in Almond milk. Palm oilin peanut butter. Etc.

2 - Higher African American Population, descendants of slaves.
3 - Higher stress levels.
4 - Less nurturing females.
5 - More drugs and alcohol abuse.

I'm old and I've lived all over the world. It's been obvious for decades.
