Usually you can bring a pretty good argument. This is not one of those times. Nixon knew as everyone else with a heartbeat what charges were coming. Nixon was one person. You are trying to say that Trump could have done a blanket pardon? That is ridiculous. A blanket pardon with a list of people that reads like woman in red shirt #1, woman in red shirt #2, man with MAGA hat #1, man with MAGA hat #129 with a long list of possible charges.

But none existed. They are either filed or they're not. The same argument you're making about Nixon applies to the protestors.
Nixon's case shows clearly that a pardon can nuke charges that have not yet been filed, which means the J6 defendants could have been pardoned by Trump.

And I just did a recheck to be diligent. I was posting regularly during the build up here to J6. Just like my previous check showed, all of my posts between 12/26/2020 and 1/7/2021 are gone.
