creapure

Are you saying all of us should be taking that or the ones with stomach issues when taking mono?

Doesn’t matter which brand if it’s labeled as creapure

creatine is great and necessary if you're wanting to maximize gains during a bulk.

I'm at the end of a cut and will go into maintenance for a while so I've stopped the daily creatine. it's been a nice change to not carry that extra water weight and since stopping, I've noticed increased definition and vascularity. the diminished 1-2 rep work capacity does suck, though.

Creatine helps retain muscle during a cut.

sure it does help maintain muscle as you lose weight since you'll have that extra work capacity. I'm at the end and my goal will be maintenance for a while so it was a good time for me to take a break from creatine and shed that water weight.

Just ordered the Nutricost creapure off Amazon. Try that and see if it works or at least doesn't eat my stomach alive.

Got mine in today and already starting a load cycle. Bought some Nutricost Beta Alanine, too.

I'm going old school and going to chase creatine with grape juice.

I mix mine with metamucil. 2 birds 1 stone.

I did not know this. I’ve got a trip planned to Bahamas in a month I’m 6’ 190 want to cut to 175 only doing HIIT and core work. Then add creatine back up to 180. You think shedding 15 lbs in a month will be just as easy if I start creatine now vs waiting to lose weight?

15lbs in a month is going to cause muscle loss no matter what. Why not keep lifting heavy, walk a ton and lose 7-8 and look better than if you crash dieted and lost 15?

Is there any difference performance wise between powder and pill form? Fankly, pill form would be easier for me, but I don't want to have worse results than dumping powder in a glass of water.

Not sure. Haven't taken creatine since the 90s.

If it upsets your stomach, try to dissolve in Coffee or just warm water. Solved the issue for me.

I really don't think creatine would substantially increase muscle mass in 6 months. I do take it everyday too for the last 8 years. Doesn't studies show with creatine if eating and working out properly the muscle gain would be 1 to 2 pounds a year?

Maybe that’s why you get hurt all the time.

As with most things you get a bigger gain with creatine first time taking it

Always try and take in a cut

Pill or powder don’t matter but creapure is the purest form at over 90%. But powder does allow more flexibility in how you take it

Anybody experience increased appetite? I recently started creatine and a multi min and idk if it’s just in my head or the increased water consumption makes me want to eat more or what’s going on. I was doing good with my eating but now I wanna snack all the time
