I will be in Memphis for a few days this week, and obviously want some BBQ. I have been to Central, The Commissary, and Corky's. All have been a long time, with Central being the most recent 10 years ago.
I will likely be staying in the Germantown/Collierville area.
Any other places to try?

ETA: Another question. Anyone know if the old school pharmacy in Collierville Town Square is still there? I loved their milkshakes as a kid.

Interstate is pretty good honestly. I'd recommend them.

I've definitely heard of them, and maybe had some in the airport on a connection.
BBQ spaghetti any good, or stick to regular BBQ?

Never tried their spaghetti but I'm sure it's made from meat they didn't sell the day before. Nothing wrong with that btw. He has to maximize his profits however he can. I'd stick to regular BBQ though. The Neely's have been in business a long time.

There's always Rendevouz, but I would go back to Central or the Commissary.

What are wet, dry, and muddy ribs?

What category would Roegels BBQ ribs fall into?

Paynes has an awesome sliced pork sandwich. The mustard slaw is different but delicious.

You could always rent a car and drive to Craig’s in Devalls Bluff, Arkansas.

Walk up to the counter and order “3 hot.”

Added bonus, you get to enjoy the majestic scenery of rice fields and aggravating semis on I40.

This place couldn't be any closer to where we're staying for the Ole Miss game. Will check it out.

You won’t be disappointed. I’ve always enjoyed going when I would visit my brother in Horn Lake.

If you like spicy/hot sauces, they have a sauce called “squealer sauce.” You have to ask for it if I’m remembering correctly. Be forewarned, it is HOT.

It’s not bbq per se, but Elwood’s Shack has good bbq, among other things. I recommend the Philly cheese brisket wrap.

The Commissary is my favorite. We lived off that shite a couple years ago. My wife and I were eating there multiple times a week when we were having to drive to Memphis a lot for IVF. Will still go out of the way to eat there when passing through.

Central BBQ is pretty strong too.

Personally, was not a fan of Memphis BBQ Co. Everything just kind of felt microwaved.
