How many people know and understand that it is the speaker of the house who is in control of security for the Capitol grounds? Not the president, but Nancy Pelosi.
How many people also understand that Trump did offer security for the capitol building, and Nancy turned it down?

These trials are going to be so much fun. It’s one thing to lie at a rally or on tv news entertainment channel, but like the 2020 election court cases fake evidence will not be submitted as evidence.

Correct. But its not about the riot, its about the other stuff in the weeks leading up to it. Nothing in the indictment blames or alleges that Trump instigated the riot.
Are the events of J6 mentioned for context in the indictment? Yes.
Are any of the charges "for" the riot or resulting from the riot? No.
