Help me out.

(1) Biden is a terrible candidate. Yet Trump lost to him. If you try to tell men Trump really won, that doesn't help me think it'll be any different this time. Too many women really don't like him. Women are who voted against Trump (not "for" Biden) enough to change the election. Blacks, etc. actually voted in larger numbers FOR Trump- didn't matter.

Just like you can't blame refs/umps for bad calls that alter results, you can't put it all on voting irregularities. If Trump can dominate Biden in elections, the BS wouldn't have been enough.

It's not like he totally clobbered Hillary, either.

(2) I'm not exactly sure what a Trump administration will do in a second term. So many people that were in the first administration left, quit, or won't be in the Cabinet this time (Pence, etc.).

Did he drain the swamp the first time? Why not? Why will he be able to this time?

So far I've heard Trump mostly talking about the past election.

What exactly am I getting with Trump this time (vs other candidates)?

Is it just a vote against those with Trump Derangement Syndrome?

What it is a vote FOR that other Republicans aren't on board with?

Best case scenario is that Desantis battles the deep state like trump did. What's the likely outcome however when this deep state warrior can't fund a proper legal defense to the inevitable bullshite indictments?

At this moment our only salvation is a man with frick you money a la Trump and Elon.

Keep in mind many politicians were going against Trump while POTUS and Trump still managed to get things done.
Did he drain the swamp? No but he did get the ball rolling iyam.

As for his 2nd term.....if you enjoyed your life during his time as POTUS then it's easy to say his 2nd term will be even more glorious.

If no one talks about the absurd numbers from the past elections, then the DIMs will be emboldened and just cheat more. Its like shoplifting. Until you hold people accountable, they wont stop

So by talking about it, DIMs sense that there will be lots of people watching for it. If just one ballot stuffer gets nailed, many more dominoes will fall

Fair point.

Do you agree that cheating wouldn't matter in a landslide victory?

Thus, do you think he expects a tight race?

If you are interested in voting FOR someone with well articulated policy proposals and not just platitudes, Vivek is your guy.

He clobbered Biden. It wasn't even close. Ask Dominion.

Just vote Trump and you will be fine. It's not that complicated.

Two main ideas: he struggles against bad candidates; what is different about Trump 2.0 vs other candidates?

Better?

Here's an answer. You don't win 2500 counties, 18/19 bellwether counties, 3 key swing states, and gain House seats, and still lose by 7 million votes in a legitimate election to a rotting bag of oatmeal.

Oh, I forgot, he also received the most votes in the history of our country.

answer your first question by answering this question. why did several locations in key swing states close shop early while being down by 100's of thousands of votes, for us to wake up and all of those places now had biden in the lead.

they will cheat as much as they have to. doesn't matter if its against don or ron or john or antoine, they will cheat to the extremes that they can to get the outcome they want because the media and 99.5% of the GOPe carries their water for them because they are all part of the swampy swamp shite.

Trump had the economy, trade, and foreign policy running at a clip I have never seen in my lifetime. We had general peace and he single handedly got us out of a lot of unfair treaties that his dipshit predecessors got us into. The housing market was strong, stocks were good, etc. My 401K and IRA were healthier than they'd been under Obama or Bush. My real estate portfolio was doing well. My business was doing well. Up until Covid, things were going great.

Draining the swamp, building the wall, George Floyd, etc - That was all bullshite that didn't matter to me one iota. I still don't really give a frick about any of that. Who cares? I want more of my MONEY. I want my kids to not be under any threat to end up in some shithole getting their legs blown off for fighting some fricking war Northrup or Lockheed demanded.

I don't trust the establishment Republican Party to stay the course with any of Trump's policy. They're a bunch of lying hacks who have no real desire to win, no desire to help avoid war or government spending. They're losers and as long as we look back to whatever we did in the past as any semblance of success, we're doomed to repeat it.

It's not too late for Ron in my opinion though. Trump will be in rallying in Erie this weekend. If Ron comes out in a MAGA hat, the whole fricking crowd would lose it's shite and the Biden experiment would be all but over.

We should still be pushing for a Trump/Ron ticket. It would be unstoppable.

completely underestimated the surge that rose up for him, thought hildabeast had it in the bag. they learned and planned for 3.5 years and have now seen what they can get away with.

To address the draining of the swamp part, I read a take on what it meant several years ago. When you drain a tub or a pond or whatever, you’re simply removing the water.

When he drained it, there was no more hiding for the creatures within it. They were exposed and have shown themselves in plain sight with an angry vengeance and aren’t even trying to hide anymore.

If that was what he meant, then mission accomplished. Where to go with it from here (and how) if he is elected again is the bigger question.

A lot there in first paragraph that I'm not going to take the time to repond to..

Appreciate your input.

Hard to argue against #2 & #3

Not technically, but this looks like Scott Walker's disaster. Ron needs a miracle.

Ron seems competent and isn't a coward but he might have missed his chance. Not sure that he ever recovers nationally.
