She obviously wrote the speech folks. I doubt from some of the congresswomen's pronunciation of words in the speech she had any hand in writing that.

That is a fine example of a personal, fanatical devotion to the hopeful power of the words that she wrote toward the success of the Speaker and the Speaker's Leftist ends. This person truly believes that she is on a team with a mission to save Humanity and Earth.
