I’ll pick two:

For a great performance in a loss, the 1982/83 Orange Bowl loss to Nebraska. We took a great Nebraska team down to the wire, 21-20, with Mike Rozier and Turner Gill. That Husker team would have won the National title if given the chance but they lost a controversial game to Penn State (who I saw beat UGA in the Sugar Bowl that same night to win Joe Pa’s first title) earlier that season, 27-24.

Don’t know how underrated this game was, but I don’t think many fully appreciate the magnitude of the 2001 SEC title win over No. 2, national title bound, Tennessee. This was the turning point game to me that signaled the golden age that followed.

2000 vs bama. Partied like '69. 1st team All SEC QB Josh Booty leads the Tigers to their first win over bama in Tiger Stadium in 31 freaking years! 31 years! That's insane. Booty had 4 TDs 0 picks. Thing is, we still almost got screwed late after clearly recovering a muffed fumble that was somehow awarded to bama. If they hadn't have played it on the jumbo screen repeatedly, allowing the refs to sneak a peak, we probably get the ole bama shaft!

What about Josh Reed 2nd half back
of the end zone 2000 Peach Bowl?

I’ve alway thought 1976 LSU Nebraska was underrated. Nebraska was pre season number one. 6-6 tie in Tiger Stadium.

2014 Ole Miss Bro Wallace LOL

Freeze’s face after the game sealing INT! Like “WTF are you doing!” To Bo.
I think that was the same year that Wallace fumbled into the end zone in the Eggbowl to lose the game.

LSU Troy 2008. LSU down 31-3 with under 2:00 minutes to play late in the 3rd quarter to end up winning by 9 is incredible. LSU outscrores Troy 30-0 in the 4th. It was too bad the game wasn't televised.

05 ASU is a great choice we had some wacky games that year. Some others I enjoy going back and watching:

- 2001 SECCG
- 2002 Sugar Bowl vs Illinois
- 2005 Bama
- 2010 Florida
- 2011 Cotton Bowl vs A&M
- 2017 Auburn

I would also like to include Mississippi St from this past year. I feel like that game gets overshadowed but nobody gave us a shot and we ended up pulling it out pretty convincingly and it was a huge turning point in the season.

2012 v S. Carolina Jeremy Hill was a man on a mission

One of the best performances I’ve ever seen. He was unstoppable. SC was coming in with so much hype also, with clowney and all that and I believe it was Will Blackwell that ate his lunch in that game and Hill was just an absolute monster. That game had me convinced Hill was gonna be an nfl HoF lol.

2005 Alabama. Shula's only bama team worth a shite. GameDay was there. JaMarcus to Bowe in OT.

1979. #1 Alabama, averaging 38 ppg, beat LSU 3-0 in Cholly Mac's Final year. This is the game that transformed 18 yr old Adajax from a casual Tiger fan into a diehard Tiger fan.

I was there. Very rainy. If I remember correctly our offense never came close to scoring.
