She does upstairs first then downstairs.
I just rotate accordingly if I'm wfh they day

No where. I sit on the couch and play on my phone with a drink. It is relaxing while 4 Mexican women scramble around to clean my house.

I just shut the door to my office. For the 5 minutes they need to be in to vacuum in there I'll go walk/play with the dog.

Yeah, we de-clutter but we don’t “clean”. That’s what she’s there for. She makes the place look great. I just need to frick off somewhere else for the day to work apparently

I don’t understand why this is such a sticking point on the OT. I’m not paying them to pick up after my messy arse kids. We make the kids put their shite away and de-clutter the kitchen in preparation. We don’t actually clean anything the maids are going to be cleaning.
If I’m home when they’re there I come up with an excuse to go to the hardware store or work on something in the garage.

That's your answer. Nobody else makes their kids do shite. Navy parents were all about the FOD in the kitchen, etc. :D
But seriously, most kids don't do FA (Brit usage). Women want harmony. Men want happy women. Kids do what they want.
Nobody has to smack their kids to teach them to be polite and respectful.
ETA: Just ask them to be responsible, from a young age, and they'll... be responsible.
