Some Florida fans bring it up like it’s some kind of Trump card or something. Very strange. I guess they are in denial of who the national champions are.

Not gonna lie I was there and started walking out at 19 runs we were almost out the stadium and they scored the 20th. I told my daughter and wife that I hoped they hung 25 on us because that was better than losing a tight game. I told them that we were going to flush it an know we had Skenes for Monday and they would be cocky thinking they had it in the bag.
Man it was the most awesome swing of emotions

And some people said it wouldn’t be the same or feel as good if LSU won it all the next day.

They were wrong.

I live in Florida and a Fl fan was saying how much he enjoyed that game. I replied 24-4 don't mean a thing if you ain't got that ring!! That shut him up.

The way he stared at that home run ball. I've never seen anyone look happier honestly.

That was such a beautiful swing. He just watched it leave the park and grinned.

Jobert swatted that bad memory into the RF bleachers.

Probably some trivia question for the future but he scored via HR the last run in both G2 and G3.

I was there in Omaha, stayed till the end. They were celebrating like they had won it all. I said, you still have another game tomorrow. Monday, after the 2 run lead, they were still running their mouths, but then, they quieted down.
The funny thing, there were so few Gator fans, an a bunch were not wearing gator colors. You knew who they were in the first inning, cause they stood up an cheered. Then like I said, quiet.
