Man you are some special kind of race baiter, thats for sure. Let me guess...a multi-billionaire got Thomas, via vacations, to turn this over because his white kids didn't get into the schools they wanted...is that right?

"The Myth of the Noble Savage" was actually assigned reading for me. Very instructive, and peels away the bull shite of everyone living in peace at one with the land, etc.

I need to put that on my reading list.

I had always heard we didnt always get the straight story until I read Jay Higgingbotham's history of Mobile and the Louisiana that started there.

He recently died and luckily I got over wanting to choke his arse for retelling the story of antagonist motive between D'Iberville and several other French pansy. Same story retold thee times(!) and 400 additional pages...

Was some form of affirmative action needed back then? Possibly (I wasn't there then and neither were you) but the point is: it needed now? The answer is "no".

Link? Remember, you are making a charge that not only are those things being done, but that they are determining how he votes. Your link needs to prove both.

He admitted he thinks Justice Thomas is a house n-@@er.

That’s a militant black guy hating a conservative black guy talk.

He’s black.

White people can't fix this problem.

Only black people can.

When black people come out and say affirmative action is wrong, that's when we will see it end.

And, of course, HE was the son of Sicilian immigrants to Louisiana.

When your civilization is at least a century or two behind other civilizations, you really don't have a complaint.

A century or two? More like a couple of millennia behind other civilizations. They didn't have the wheel and they had few domesticated animals. Their arrival in the New World helped with the extinction of the megafauna in the Americas.

Read the book, "Empire of the Summer Moon" to see how noble some of the native Americans were. The Comanches made the Apaches quit and seek help from the Spanish. The ravaged the Southwest and displaced numerous tribes.

This will prompt the Dems to come after the Republican justices calling even harder for impeachment, and will also lead to a real push to expand the court.

Won't be so easy to do with Trump and others as candidates now and several senators walking the tight rope like Tester in conservative Montana, Brown in Ohio, and Manchin in West Virginia.

Was he moved along in law school because he is black? probably because he couldnt meet the current admission criteria so why should we believe he could have passed the academic criteria without help.
