He absolutely is. Any time somebody rattles one of these idiot CNN people who help tank their ratings to the point that he has them whining "but we are good journalists we do it every day!" you just know people are laughing their asses off. Especially Dee Snider, I mean Dana Bash

One thing is certain:

A Desantis/Ramaswamy ticket in 2024 would be able to destroy every other possible pairing in debates and policy discussion. Could you imagine them against Sleepy Joe and Harris? It would be a bloodbath.

I'm 90% certain Trump will win the primary, and he obviously won't pick either of them as his VP (I wish he would). But in the event Trump somehow doesn't win the primary, that is my preferred ticket and I think they would blow the general out of the water

“Willful retention”

So you're saying Biden didn't retain records from when he was a senator, the VP, or anything else? How do we even know? Has it even been investigated? Where is the MSM to investigate & report on this?

Has he returned it when asked he wouldn’t be in this pickle.

How do you know this? The lying media? The corrupt gov't?

quote:

As for the bribery, if they have evidence, you control the house. Impeach him.

How the hell can I impeach him? I'd love to do that but I have no power to do such a thing. It's just a shame democrats NEVER hold their own accountable for ANYthing from bad comments all the way to criminal activity.

The espionage act was written in the 50’s. The PRA was written in the 70’s. There were NEVER exceptions authored into the PRA that would allow the espionage act to supersede it, and the Clinton sock drawer case solidified that precedent.

You lose.

Lets get the facts straight:
President Bill Clinton was interviewed by a historian while he was in office. Clinton kept the audiotapes in his sock drawer.

Judicial Watch, a conservative group, asked the court in 2010 to declare the tapes presidential records under the Presidential Records Act. The group wanted the National Archives to assume custody of the tapes and put them in the Clinton presidential library.

U.S. District Court Judge Amy Berman Jackson ruled against Judicial Watch. She wrote that the act distinguishes official presidential records from personal records.

So you are saying that judicial ruling gives Trump permission to keep hundreds of classified documents after his presidency ended at his Mar-a-Lago estate? That is your position?

I watched this on YT on Sunday. And on Monday he filed a FOIA request for all communications between Biden and Garland and Jack Smith. He wants to know what is going down.

I guess you'll never see a need to gain support from desanctamonious supporters anymore ever again. You name call them in the same way a certain group labels you UltraMAGAs, cultists and deplorables. Keep up the name calling. Maybe we can find a way to make three parties work in this country.

Yeah the true desanctamonious supporters are tiring also. But the truth of the matter is this Trump versus DeSantis shite is tearing the Republican Party apart about 60/40 at this point. Your side cannot try to conquer the Republican Party. There are other adversaries out there. Imagine being a senator and deciding how to traverse this rift between your own people? If you'll take a deep breath and dispense with the name calling for an hour or so you'll see that either side is being prodded by propagandists. Maybe Trump wins. And I can handle that because he was not bad in his term. But if this rift persists it will be years in the wilderness for you and me.
And then there is 2028 and the republicans are going to have to find another candidate. Trump is getting older and will either be too old in 2028 or at their end of his final term. One way or the other we will have to move on.

Seems your solution is for me to give in to you. Why not you give in to me? Reminds me of the democrats definition of compromise

My wife wants a cat. I'm alergic to cats. So we compromise and GET a CAT.

IF the republicans keep giving in to the democrats, what's any of it matter?
