He’s as clueless as anyone else that thinks the PRA applies to this criminal matter.

I'm amused to see some minor gop figures acting all huffy in support of the seditious one.
Are you amused that an acting FBI director cited seditious behavior from a former secretary of state but did nothing at all about it, stating "no one would bring a case"? OR! How about the current corrupt president who stored classified documents in his less-than-secure garage, along with bribing/being bribed in the very recent past, as well as a criminal son who had a laptap full of proof? No big deal, right?
Where oh where are the dem figures to call out all this criminal behavior by their own!?!

It’s nauseating how they take everything the dems say at face value and treat it as 100% fact, while when Trump was in office, they assumed it was all a lie.

I so enjoyed seeing Ramaswamy ratter Bash's cage so bad that she's stuttering and losing her place when trying to recite the propaganda she was handed.
GOOD ON HIM.
GOOD ON HIM.

I’m not interested in people running for cabinet and have no guts to actually run for President.
He and Haley actively supporting and protecting a guy they are supposedly running against for president.
Couldn't be more obvious.

“Willful retention”
Has he returned it when asked he wouldn’t be in this pickle.
As for the bribery, if they have evidence, you control the house. Impeach him.

he fully cooperated. You know that this is politically motivated. And you support it. You’re not a good person.

Exactly there’s only 2 people running for President, Desantis and Trump, a BUNCH of people running for cabinet, one guy that thinks he’s running for President (Pence), and another running for grift (Christie).
If you’re attacking the guy allegedly down 30 and refusing to attack the guy running away with the nomination, you aren’t running for president. You’re a coward.

Again, he's gonna be far-and-away the sharpest, quickest person in the room!...And his message is on the money.

The espionage act was written in the 50’s. The PRA was written in the 70’s. There were NEVER exceptions authored into the PRA that would allow the espionage act to supersede it, and the Clinton sock drawer case solidified that precedent.
You lose.
You lose.

If Vivek (or any candidate/celebrity) doesn't have a staffer or contractor to keep their wikipedia page clean from trolls, he'd be a moron.

Funny all the Trump supporters calling this guy impressive while trying to shite on the most successful conservative governor in modern times.
Well Trump was the best or second best president since the Eisenhower administration that ended 63 years ago. Reagan is the other top 2.
AND, Trump had to contend with unrelenting, unwarranted, and untruthful attacks from winning the GOP nomination the first time until today, from the Democrats, media, academia, big entertainment, “professional government employees, world political leaders who desired a weak America. Teacher’s unions. and the majority of the GOP that are establishment tools.
I put Trump before Reagan because he’s face 2-3 times the opposition!

The PRA was written AFTER the espionage act, and therefore supersedes it where contradiction lie unless otherwise outlined by law. This was upheld by case law.
An example of this would be roe v wade superseding standing infanticide law.
You still lose.
