Check with your local humane society and animal shelters.

it can be hard sometimes

easiest way is go to walmart and put them in shopping cart by front door with sign says free kittens

you might need to stay a few hours and spend 2-3 days doing this, but they will all get good homes that way

just trust your instincts if someone seems sketchy, you dont want to give them to dog fighters to use as something for their dogs to kill

Some of these guys are sick. Find a local rescue. They'll take them for free.

Animal control in BR will take them and they have no trouble placing kittens.

I've found several stray kittens on construction jobs when I used to work in the field and AC will always pick them up. When they are kittens they can be placed/adopted and aren't feral yet.

and finding takers for stray kittens will probably be difficult.

He said he lives in Greenwell Springs. There's probably somebody within a few miles of him that needs some new barn cats.

13 years ago a strange cat I had never seen before gave birth in the bushes behind my house.

I can home a few days later and my wife has the back door open and is sitting on the floor and the kittens are warily poking their heads in the house. I knew I was in trouble.

Anyone want a 13 year old cat. I have two.

And kittens are amazing at marketing themselves.

6 years ago I walked into petco to get some fish food and walked out with fish food and a 6 month old gray tabby. I walked by the kennel and the bitch stuck her paw out and meowed at me and I was done. I didn't even like cats at the time.

In my experience cat haven never calls back. Back in Nov last year we found the set of kittens we have now. No one from cat haven would call us back. So now we have 4 cats.

I would highly suggest posting on LINK

They love cats. Considering food costs these days, a lot of restaurant owners will jump all over it

Put the kittens in an airline carry-on bag. Get an Uber or taxi to BTR. On the way, ask the driver if he knows what the TSA limit is for traveling with cash; you heard it was $10,000 and you sure hope that’s not the case. Get out at the airport and haul arse out and into the terminal, leaving the carry-on behind.

I’ve personally never had any luck with them, but I know people who have which is why I suggested it. If they call back, they are very good at giving you a guilt trip depending on the situation.

Find a foster group.
If you were in Central Alabama we could take them
