Quiet Riot, baby.
Bang your head, wake the dead
We're all metal mad, it's all you have
So bang your head
And raise the dead, oh yeah
Metal health
It drives you mad, mad, mad, mad
Bang your head, wake the dead
We're all metal mad, it's all you have

And raise the dead, oh yeah
Metal health

So many bands you could say. there were some fricking awesome bands from the 80's
That are still putting out awesome new albums 80's/ today music out
These 2 bands with new music out
EXTREME & WINGER
Nuno and Reb still playing mean guitar
Kix was great
Slaughter was phenomenal
Danger Danger
Faster pussycat
Steelheart
Loudness
Keel
Lesser known bands that I loved:
LeatherWolf
Cats in Boots
Shotgun Messiah
Heavens edge
Roxy Blue:unfortunately came out too late, very talented band.
I could name many more!!!
Living Color whom are touring with EXTREME
Hope that show comes within a 4 hour drive!!

I will go to that. I've seen Living Colour twice but never Extreme.
And the best hair band is Motley Crue. The only other acceptable answers are Quiet Riot and Ratt. These three bands started the whole 80's scene.

Cinderella - by far.

Disagree. I don’t think I’ve ever skipped a song on Night Songs or Long Cold Winter.

Here's 2 that were better than Dokken in looks and sound.

Another vote for Cinderella. I wore out Night Songs and Long Cold Winter.

To me it is Motley Crue...
That being said, bands not mentioned I could see that I liked
Warrant - saw them last year randomly..fun concert
WASP - Lawless has so much talent
Vixen - fun band...
But my number 2 behind Crue is Tesla...but not sure 100% hair metal even though my young self considers them that as I saw them open for Def Leppard
