Sonic Knuckle-Check Goes Wrong : 12yr old w/ AR-15 Shoots and Kills Sonic Employee

There was a fight between the two, and that’s when police say the 12-year-old shooting suspect, a passenger, grabbed the AR-15 rifle from Gomez’s vehicle and shot Davis multiple times. He later died at the hospital.
Police say Gomez ran away with the AR-15 but then returned and was arrested. The 12-year-old also took off.
Keene police and nearby agencies located him at a home in Rio Vista along with several firearms.
Gomez is charged with tampering with evidence for leaving the scene with the AR-15. Police say it’s possible that charge could be upgraded to murder.

I have nothing clever to say about this. It’s simply sad that we have 12yo kids murdering people. Until we remove the rabid animals from civilization they will continue to infect and create more rabid animals.

That charge is associated with the driver, not the shooter. I am all for charging him with murder too as he clearly is responsible for supplying access to the 12 year old.
It's probably just a bit more paperwork and investigation to complete to upgraded charge on that guy.
Both should just be given a bullet to the head.

I'd say charge this 12 year old as an adult and let him spend the rest of his life in prison but odds are he'd probably have a better life in prison than he did before this ever happened. This kid probably had 4 or 5 other siblings with this one being raised by the streets instead of parents. The democrats started this with LBJ signing the welfare reform in the 60's this is what it has produced a whole class of parentless mindless street thug killers.
