She can learn that for the future since this guy won’t be bothering her anymore. It sounds like the DS police department got rid of a dangerous guy, maybe a potential serial killer or rapist.

I read that he was arrested in EBR in 2015 for a knife fight and saw a mugshot from LPSO from 2018. Something tells me those weren't his only arrests.

I will bet this guy was hunting white people yesterday. Like those 2 thugs in NOLA who just murdered a 63 year old fixing his mailbox because they wanted to kill a white person. Seems he was stalking and staring down at least 2 folks in LP before this finally exploded.
