This means no local government, state institution or school in Florida will be allowed to circumvent the legislature to adopt World Health Organization policies.

This is why he needs to focus entirely on being governor and not split his time running for president in 2024.
He is a helluva governor. Finish this term and then when he runs in 2028, he can just point to Florida and tell all the Republican candidates to stfu and sit down. Because he didn't just talk about being anti-woke, he enacted policies to support his talking.

Kills me that so many lived through the pandemic and think “we need to empower international science and medicine organizations a lot more.” Did we live through the same hell? I mean, we need those organizations, but they need to be accountable, transparent, and subordinate to civilian governments. There is a very fine line between a prescription and an order, between a public health official in an emergency and a dictator in a white coat.

And yet, Obama and Biden signed on to the Paris Climate Accords, without it ever having been ratified by the Senate. The UN calls it a legally binging treaty. Under the US Constitution, treaties require a 2/3 vote in the Senate. to ratify. When did that happen?
