Here’s a freestyle from rapper Harry Mack using words suggested by Last Tear Poa: LINK

I'm not a big fan of rap music but have listened to her.

Flau'jae is as good as any of the female rappers out there getting paid to do it.

Not really my thing but happy for our girls 1) chasing other dreams off the court and 2) leveraging their brand (and by association, LSU) to do so.

Only benefits everyone. LSUs profile across multiple sports continues to boom.

She is objectively really good. And very rare to see an artist so skilled and positive. She is becoming a legit role model. And all you old farts (my age) get over the term "freestyle". It doesn't mean what it used to. Your attempts to sound informed are achieving the opposite.

Your right coach.. from Big Daddy Kane himself..

In the 80’s when we said we wrote a freestyle rap, that meant it was a rhyme that you wrote that was free of style. Meaning it’s not a subject matter, it’s not a story about a women, it’s not a story about poverty, it’s basically a rhyme just bragging about yourself. So it’s basically free of style, that’s really what a freestyle is.

Off the top of the head, we just called that “off the dome”, when you don’t write it, just say whatever comes to mind. Really, a freestyle is a rhyme that you write that’s free of style.

Did she really reference the twin towers burning or did I imagine that?

Report that LSU has apologized for the lyrics in her song and it's been taken down.

TMZ

The university got word of the controversial lyrics ... and said they spoke with the 2023 SEC Freshman of the Year about the remix on Tuesday.

"While she never intended to offend or upset anyone with her lyrics, she expressed sincere remorse for any possibility of a misunderstanding and immediately took the video down," LSU told FOX News in a statement.

"We will learn and grow from this experience together."

Johnson -- who wasn't born until 2003 -- has yet to release a statement herself.

Saw that coming. Truly a play on words (Porche 911 referencing 9/11). Just can’t make that reference in a seemingly bodacious way. Kudos to her for taking it down.

I'm not into rap, but I'm also generally not into making a big issue out of a word, or couple of words. But that 9/11 reference showed a tremendous lack of common sense, and frankly common decency. We all get that it was supposed to sound catchy, and wasn't meant to be malicious. But to so casually just toss out a reference to the towers burning, as if it's just some "thing" that no one cares about, just doesn't come across well at all.

Good. That’s a good first step. Now let’s write a song to the victims of 9/11 and show some support for the country you live in.

^^^This. Sooo many people are ignorant as to what a freestyle actually is, that and/or they are just typical keyboard warriors looking to find a reason to hate

If you watched Big Lebowski and laughed at “this isn’t Vietnam, there are rules” then you are a hypocrite if you get mad about a 9/11 reference to the towers smoking. Fake outrage.

Maybe we can help Flaujae out by providing a helpful list of phrases to avoid:

"I'm cooking like the Holocaust"
"Mowin down the competition like Parkland"
"Shaking you like a baby with a bad daddy"
(For Van Lith) "N-word, N-word, N-word" (in any context)
