Introduce a "limited time only" "Summer Brand" of what you call "Baw Beer". It's a specially brewed "high-value" beer that comes in both Light and Heavy. It's cheaper than the main line "Bud" name brands. It's only out for the summer, so, get yours now.

Just start putting sexy women athletes/bikini models on the can with the can wrapped in red white and blue stripes.

there is no turning it around
once you force your customers to find out other beers taste a lot better than yours, they arent switching back no matter what you do, unless you redo the recipe to make your beer taste better than any other beers out there
that is the main difference why this thing has such sticking power, they left because of the commercial, but they arent going back because now they know the other beers taste better

while at a golfing event this weekend near avondale louisiana serving beer at concession booth we sold nearly zero bud light knowing but last year bud light was sold nearly equal other beers.
