Small town: Hot Springs Village, AR
It’s a gated retirement town. The roads and infrastructure have already been built, property already sold. Houses slowly go up around the vast acreage.
All of the signs are uniform. All streets have Spanish names, many after explorers. Almost zero total crime, very clean, everything meticulously planned, and several great golf courses.

UAE was pure class
Clean, safe felt like I was in the future. Everything was new and teched out Lambos and Ferrari everywhere.
It was very trendy but it was immaculate.

Salt Lake City is up there for me. I'm sure Switzerland and Japan surpass it from what I've heard.

I can definitely give an answer that is the exact opposite. India. It would be harder to find a country that treats its land like one giant real time landfill more than India does.

And my answer would have to be Panmunjom, the border village between North and South Korea on the DMZ. Every movement is planned, deliberate, and done by the book.

basic training barracks - Ft. McClellan, AL (circa 1984)
One of my favorite training memories at Ft McClellan was polishing the trash can in the barracks that you were not allowed to put trash in.
