Rammer Jammer is going to beat you over the head with the downballot numbers. There are conservative-leaning people who think Trump is retarded. Kemp and Youngkin are proof of this.

Fox has the deepest pockets of the defendants or potential defendants listed in your post. Plaintiff probably determined that it was best to line them up first to hopefully set the dominant “tone,” and furthermore to perhaps deny Fox a blueprint of their litigation strategy by having lined up a “smaller” fish first. The end result is that now the plaintiff can use this settlement to bully the others into settling because psychologically, if the big dog Fox with its endless capabilities to fight has determined that to be a bad idea, then what should the smaller fish think??
As for why Fox would choose to settle in the first place: Very generally speaking, Fox determined that due to the unfavorable sentiment towards this particular topic, that if they did elect to take it all the way to trial, the deck may well be stacked against them just enough in terms of pretrial rulings as well as concern as to whether a decent jury was possible at all - for those reasons they perhaps became fully convinced that they’d not get a truly fair trial, and the damage award from losing what might be fairly accurately described as a roll of the dice would greatly overshadow the settlement amount.
Just speculatin’ and spitballin’.

100 percent those frauds are directly involved in protecting the stolen election. Brian Kemp and Jeb Bush on the trail now telling everyone to move on. Strange coming from the globalist since one for sure was directly involved in stealing the 2020 election.

They got sued and paid the money obviously they did it.
I've heard all 3 say the election was stolen. Just running with the bullshite narrative trump had his people come up with the night he lost.
All that evidence they talked about?? Didn't exist.
Tucker did call out Powell at one point on air. I remember that but he didn't like the response he got from his fans.

Yep, the MSM member who called Arizona first is also the first to settle.
I pray the others hang on for discovery. It must go public.

FNC lawyers should have at a minimum forced Dominion to explain why several machines/servers in key swing state precincts were accessed during the election and why some databases were wiped before the two retention period expired.

It would seem something so obviously (and apparently massively) damaging to a company’s reputation would be much easier to clearly explain and articulate.

They funneled some Ukraine $ to Paul Ryan and Murdoch Jr. to pay Dominion off and divert attention from the painfully obviously stolen election. All theater. "Muh settlement proves Dominion isn't corrupt and you are a far right extremist for doubting"...I wouldn't put anything past these evil politicians.

Which items do you need further articulated? If you wish to read the shorter version of the complained upon statements, p. 5 of the complaint has the TOC which articulates the following:
Dominion Did Not Commit Election Fraud by Rigging the 2020 Presidential Election.
Dominion's Software and Algorithms Did Not Manipulate Vote Counts in the 2020 Presidential Election.
Dominion Is Not Owned by a Company Founded in Venezuela to Rig Elections for the Dictator Hugo Chavez
Dominion Did Not Pay Kickbacks to Government Officials Who Used Its Machines in the 2020 Presidential Election.

Question: how much stock does Paul Ryan own in Dominion?

Has anyone even been able to provide one quote from a Fox anchor saying anything about Dominion stealing the election? Just one quote ot video clip? I have heard a bunch of hot air from the usual leftists, but nothing of substance.
And I'm exactly some Fox News lover. I just see the precedent that is being set right here, and it is not good stuff at all. They smell blood in the water. When you have billions of dollars at your disposal got endless Judicial terrorism, and can line up partisan judges with partisan juries, there is nothing some independent journalist can do if say some giant like Pfizer went after them.
I'm sure the boot lickers are clapping like seals at the idea of Pfizer spending billions of dollars to go after some independent Podcaster in a show trial with a rigged court.

You do understand that naming anchors is not proof of something happening. Here, let me show you something:

Porsche
Corvette

Have you had any luck providing the slanderous quote from one Fox anchor?

IMO, Dominion is being funded by the LEFT oligarchs to make TRUMP look like a sore loser.
They have nothing to lose....now why FOX caved so quickly is another story. Maybe they are on the payroll as well?
I smell a rat.

If Fox News was in on the steal, it would make a lot of sense to “agree” to a settlement. This would instantly stop all talks of fraud as well as devalue any future claims.

Can't quite put my finger on it, but something is weird about this. I don't even recall Fox or any of its hosts discussing the Dominion or vote hacking stuff. Tucker m, Hannity, and Ingram certainly weren't.
I recall one interview Lou Dobbs had on with Sydney Powell, and she said a few things. But that is pretty much it.
I read an article earlier today that quoted five times as much as you say happened. And I remember it was almost 24/7. You are like a Holocaust denier.

Actually, Tom Clare filed at least one suit for Dominion in DC prior to the Delaware case being filed.
quote:
Fox determined that
Dominion was going to easily be able to show malice after the discovery that along with they had not been able to get past initial motions trying to prove truth of the utterances they knew they were boned with even the most impartial jury. While not legally the case they had shifted from being sued for something that is near impossible to win to starting a trial where it was more or less a damages case.
