And if they can't cook, why did you marry them?

If your wife is the primary breadwinner, you get a pass.

for many other reasons than her cooking skills

I enjoy cooking. It's my unwind time when I get home from work.

I'd much rather be in the kitchen cooking, listening to music, sipping on a drink, than helping my kids with homework

This is going to have less pics than an average Wheel of Fortune thread.

She didn’t cook. Now she cooks, meal preps for the week, and bread winner

My wife can cook, but I'd rather do it. She did not used to be the bread winner, but she has become it now, I lucked out for sure.

When we first got together she couldn't cook for shite but she got obsessed with the tiktok/pinterest cooking stuff and has actually turned it around.

Can't cook? Or doesn't have time to cook?

Because time is our problem.

My wife is a great cook. I'm decent on the grill/smoker but that's about it unless it comes in a box with instructions

Mine can't cook.

I haven't, but we have two kids together. Her cooking is not worth losing my kids over.

She is not. She does put up $800.00 a month for bills and buys groceries on occasion.

It definitely seems like a lot less people these days cook for utility like they did in the old days, but a lot more people cook for fun/as a hobby because of the explosion in food centric TV/internet.

We know this answer…. That has always been a man’s downfall. And it’s undefeated again…..
