I haven’t watched a whole lot of women’s basketball, but there hasn’t been anyone close to the talent she has. LSU has a very talented team and my hopes are that they can contain her just enough to take home the victory. But she was simply amazing. She was making the big girls of SC look pretty bad at times. What do you guys think about the championship game?

She is unbelievable. Look at my post history... I have been saying it for the past few years.

I watch maybe 3 games a year plus some Olympics games so I’m hardly an expert, but
Elena Della Donne has to be up there. And she’s 6’5”.

Semoine Augustus played like a man - in a good way. Probably the smoothest female basketball player I’ve ever seen.

When Diana Taurasi played, there wasn't a contemporary that could check her.

Obviously, you've never seen Sheryl Swoopes play. At the time, she was considered the female version of Michael Jordan.

I noticed that she's a junior. I wonder what's the culture around women going to the WNBA early. Cuz she's definitely ready to dominate the pros.

I just checked and the WNBA does non-negotiable rookie salaries. Picks 1-4 entail a base salary of under $75k. Highest paid player in the entire league is ~$230k

I would have to think she’d dwarf that with NIL

She will be back next year and maybe the year after... she makes more at Iowa with nil than she will in the wnba per season.

It will be like that for Caitlin Clark too, nobody will be able to guard her one on one. But I think people overlook a Sue Bird and all of her accomplishments. Bird was quite a player that could do it all in shoot, pass, defense - steals, etc.

Clark ain't turning pro til she graduates. Lol She will make much more money after this is over from all of her NIL deals!

Isn’t there one of these every 3 or so years?

And they look and play just like her too.

Can't wait to see it. I think LSU wins but she is for sure exceptional.
