Player vote. Half team will be in Happy Valley with most if not all of the assistants. Other half of team will be in portal. Great for the top 20-30 teams(the current environment) but for the rest, not so much.

Schools like Iowa state will have choices to make around the other sports. If PSU has dedicated $25 million for NIL on top of the $21 million payroll, how many other schools can compete with thst?

Yep, Penn Stste is going to fall into the best candidate although I wouldn’t assume he’ll go. So much better than Rhule and most of the other candidates and he’s high character, which should matter at Penn state

If you are in this situation, you need to shop the deals. It shouldn’t be “get whatever you want”. Every week there are deals that would feed a family very well.

BTW, most folks even without the need for handouts shop the deals. It’s why many are getting ahead. Needs to be taught to kids as they grow up.

Absolutely! Beating Villanova, FIU and Nevada should put you in the top 10 and in the playoff discussion! And those teams might be better than their next 2 conference opponents.

It’s the cities. Anyone with any means hits the burbs and removes themselves from problems like this. I live just north of DM. Would never send my kids to DM metro schools, just too many problems that are solved with a half assed vetting process to satisfy those left.

The storing it outside in the dead of a Candadian winter blew my mind. Likely 10’s of millions of dollars invested and they threw a tarp over it and kept outside. What could go wrong???
Didn't the Royals have the opportunity (first refusal before the Brewers) to head to the NL Central, but elected to stay due to their rivalries with the Twins and White Sox? Talk about a bad move.....the attendance increases just by having the Cubs and Cardinals alone on you home schedule should have made this a no brainer.

Wondering if anyone had a recommendation for lodging in Gardiner? We plan on being there in early September for 3 nights.
Obviously taking in Yellowstone...anything a can't miss using Gardiner as home base? First time visitor so any information would be appreciated.

Any word on here about him moving to LSU? Word on the Iowa State board is it’s a done deal.
I know a lot can happen, but how does a 1 seed have to play a 4 in the 4’s backyard? I mean Purdue was a 4 so if things play to seed it was going to happen. I’m guessing Duke never had that scenario.
