Because it's a cheap filler and the ones who live to talk about how "good" it was keep the demand high. It's a sick world some people choose to live in.

They don’t intentionally. Street dealers are stupid or don’t really care and cut the coke with the same tools on same surface they cut heroin with and the fentanyl only takes a few grains to contaminate it at a deadly level. They intentionally put it in heroin but don’t always wash the surfaces/tools they use before cutting coke

You’d think the higher ups would get a handle on it because it would cause a decline in consumption through reduced customer base by death or fear of death

Very few coke users are addicts that do it regularly most use it as an occasional party drug and the threat of fentanyl isn’t worth it. Especially when you can just get adderall as an upper

This. No coke dealers are purposely putting fentanyl in their cocaine then selling it to their customers. Cocaine users want an upper not an opioid.

I personally know someone through work that died from fentanyl after using coke. I always assumed it was added to increase potency. Is it really cross contamination?

Yeah, Im confused. Stanka and NateDawg smoked crack which accounts for the Coke in his system. And Millard survived the crack.

But, Stanka said what the hoes brought over is what killed Millard. So what were they doing? Stanka said they were using needles and then he died, which lead us all to think Heroine with fent mixed in. Did the hoe give NateDawg straight up Fentanyl because no heroin was found in Millard system?


I also have a separate question. Media tells us that very little fentanyl can kill you. I have zero knowledge with it. Is fentanyl something you can get used to where its not deadly in normal doses? I guess it must be something you can build immunity to which would explain why Tabetha did it and was fine but it killed NateDawg.
