Game changer
It is what it is
Let's unpack this
Big picture

Thw worst to me is the thing they do where they follow a statement they made or when responding to someone else's statement with the word (right), but pronounced with the inflection "Ryy-ayt"

Parking lot

I also hate that the word “collaborate” MUST be used at all times instead of just work together

My office is a factory for all of those bullshite sayings:

“Let’s circle on that”

“In terms of”

“Holistic”

“Let’s Huddle”

Is there anything more vague and tired as "We exceed our customers expectations."?

Hey

As in the following:

"If I want that to go right, I'm going to say, 'Hey - we need that to go right' "

or

"If someone is having a problem I expect them to say 'Hey, I'm having a problem'"

Maybe that's just around my company...it's annoying.

Bandwidth (used in a non IT data way).

“I’m not sure if we have the bandwidth to take on these three projects at once. Let’s do a deeper dive on project #1 and drill down the details. We can reconvene next week and circle back to projects #2 and #3.”

Forecast

It’s not a bad word, I just hate doing them, especially as we don’t use them to make decisions but we do have to justify why we are off, despite not having control or the data to accurately forecast
