Posted by CajunSportsman on 4/27/24 at 10:03 pm
Someone gave me last-generation Orbis for a mesh network. Plaster walls with wire mesh make wifi tough here. I currently have Linksys extenders in the far halls and my garage for security cameras, etc. Will Orbis work with my existing extenders? Because aint no way the 3 Orbis gonna cover it all....

Posted by CajunSportsman on 4/27/24 at 9:54 pm
Anyone done it themselves? With a pressure washer or garden sprayer? Look like you just need sodium hypochlorite (which is powdered version of bleach) and maybe a small amount of tri-sodium phosphate. I need to hit my roof in particular. Anyone?...
He apparently doesnt realize they drew down the lake to zero last summer and there is a major dredging project underway. But the lakes look like they did in 2002 (before City Park lake got choked with hyacinth) so maybe he filmed it a couple years ago and just released it last week. Also he visits ...

They come back each year same area under my coastal camp. Thought I had it thoroughly sealed but they find a way and royal pain to have them removed. I care about bees but now, not so much. Next year, I want them to go see Bee Jesus. What do I spray for the preemtive strike??...

I've heard its good in Ramen, been meaning to try it....
Was looking at it but the third row seats cannot be removed. They can be folded down but they stick up about a foot above floor. So if you want to put an ice chest or a golf bag or anything substantial back there it's gonna be odd. Their answer is they give you a little shelf that fits on the back...
Ditto this...
Rapala Lithium. I gave my Bubba away after using the Rapala. Rapala has way more speed and torque. Also the trigger on bubba is terrible, you will be wore out after a large mess of fish. Rapala has trigger in perfect spot.
...

re: How do you do a quick gumbo?

Posted by CajunSportsman on 1/12/24 at 1:46 pm
Relax. It’s flour and oil
If you go for jarred roux, use dry roux and you can start your gumbo with zero oil. It's just toasted flour which is all you are doing in an oil roux browning the flour. You get enough fat from your sausage and oil/fat you Sautee the trinity in....

I waited on his table with his entourage at TJRibs and he tipped me $200 bucks. :nana: :nana:
frick that dude. I was a bell hop at the Hilton in BR in the late 80’s. He and his entire massive crew were staying there. They had 50+ suitcases and bags. No a penny tip.
...
