We'd be a lot better off as a country if Gen Z spent a few hours in an actual coal mine

How much time have you spent in a coal mine? Doubt it’s not as much as you spend on the internet/social media lmfao

Just let them spend a week hauling square bales. No need to send them off somewhere.

Did you spend time in a coal mine or are you 48, overweight, enjoy PFGs, and live in a suburb?

Few hours wouldn't accomplish anything.

All we need is for kids to start having to pay for their own shite.

No. Millenials first

Boomers voted for nafta and took away all the cool factory and coal mining jobs so millenials couldn’t have them

Coal mine? Nah.

But the "men" need to go out and participate in testerone and manly activities such as lifting weights, shooting guns, hunting, fishing, etc.

I don't think so, but as someone who didn't experience this type of job until adulthood, I think it would be good for anyone 16-18 to work in a customer service or customer service-adjacent field in high school and/or early college.

A semester of high school working nights as a server or even working weekends at the front desk of a store could give entitled high schoolers and early college students a better appreciation for what they have and how to treat others.
